My nurse Jennifer was God sent. She is amazing!! She calmed down all my fears and talked me through everything. She was very professional and has a lot of knowledge as well. She is the best and if you are going for first time I would say see Jennifer. She explains everything so well and I would recommend to visit her if you go there for teeth cleaning.

I recently had new dentures made for my implants at Advanced Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, and I must say they are the best dentures I've ever had. The quality is outstanding, I don't feel like I have a "hockey puck" in my mouth anymore, and they look completely natural. Dr. Katie and the rest of the staff go out of their way to keep you informed during the entire process, make you feel comfortable, and ensure that you look your absolute best when you leave. They also take time with their patients, getting to know what you want, what your fears and concerns are, etc. and then professionally address them. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 20 years. I can honestly say that I absolutely LOVE my dentist! Dr. Silverman and Dr. Plaisance explain in detail everything that needs to be done when you need a specific procedure. They are always available to answer any questions that you have, and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable during your visits! If you are looking for a dental practice that will take the fear away of visiting the dentist, this is the practice for you as well!

Dr Silverman is an outstanding dentist! The first time I saw him, I arrived with a painful crown and I feared the worst. He was reassuring and very professional. He listened patiently as I expressed all my concerns. He gave me options and laid out a good action plan moving forward. It is refreshing to find a dentist who really listens to his patients! His staff are friendly and helpful and also thorough and efficient in what they do. I can highly recommend this great practice!

As always, Dr. Silverman and his entire team exceed all expectations. As someone who has been in lifelong fear of dentists, I've finally found a place I'm comfortable and in good hands. Highly recommend.

I can not express how much I used to have anxiety going to dentists. Dr Silverman is incredible! I experienced no pain what so ever my entire body was able to relax while he was drilling which I never was able to do before!! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this practice is! Had such a lovely and comforting experience! Everyone is extremely welcoming and very apparent that they care about your wellbeing! My dentist today Jessica made sure to be aware of any sensitivity before starting any work which was very comforting and eased any anxiety I had. Entering the facility the front desk receptionist were also very nice shoutout to Binish for being so nice and welcoming, much appreciated by someone that is scared of the dentist. Great experience

The Dr Silverman's office is so inviting from start to finish. I was welcomed into the office by Kara who had a great personality. I had a moment to consult with Binish who showed a great deal of intelligence and passion for her career. Jessica was very helpful and her smile lights up the room. Dr. Silverman and Liz both bring tremendous leadership to the team and they all took wonderful care of me and welcome me in with open arms. I usually have anxiety when I come to the dentist however, I never feel an anxious might come here. Thank You!

We always have the most amazing experiences during our appointments! Im a mom of four with one child with special needs. I had so much anxiety for her first appointment and let me just say that the entire staff accommodated my sweet girl so much! They went above and beyond to make sure her needs were met and that she felt special and proud of her super clean teeth. I can’t thank this staff enough for seeing her for who she is and for making our entire family feel comfortable and loved! I would hands down recommend this practice to everyone!

Great office located in Alpharetta. I was very nervous about going to the dentist after a few years of not going. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental visits. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. They gave me a tour of the office, introducing me to everyone so I would feel comfortable. Everything was super clean and modern. They were on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. Ja'Sha did a great job with my cleaning. She was gentle and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. She explained very well what was going on, made sure I was comfortable at all times, and did not pass any judgement. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! Special thanks to Dr. Silverman for making me feel at ease and even offering a big hug at the end reassuring me that he would take care of my dental needs with care and compassion.

Very few of us like going to the dentist. These people are the BEST from start to finish. I have always been one to have major anxiety before, during, and after my dentist appointment. This review is long overdue! I highly recommend Dr. Silverman and his staff! This is such a professional and caring dental practice. I began to search for a dentist that was experienced in denture problems as my mom was having some painful spots on her dentures. I called their office and spoke to Binish! She was so very welcoming and friendly - I appreciate people with a positive welcoming personality! She made me feel comfortable right from the start! We made an appointment for mom, and they treated her like a queen. They wrapped her up in a warm blanket and we discussed options for mom’s situation. Dr. Silverman was fantastic - a wonderful professional, kind dentist with a calming personality and gentle hands. He fixed a few hot spots on mom’s dentures and mom left with a smile! After her appointment, I admitted that I myself had not been to the dentist in 3 years (I know, not good right!), I mentioned this to Binish and after reviewing how nervous and embarrassed I was for waiting so long, she never made me feel bad about it (she was very empathetic and wanted to help me get back on track). We moved forward setting an appointment for a cleaning. My cleaning visit was the best experience I ever had at a dentist! Wrapped up in a cozy blanket, my hygienist (i believe was Jessica - if that is not her name please let me know as she was amazing!!!) was so kind, gentle and professional. Never once did she make me feel bad about not going for 3 years - actually it was the complete opposite - she took it as a challenge! Wow, she explained everything, used some type of banana numbing gel that worked perfectly and explained everything along the way. Just the best! You rock!!! I left this practice feeling great about my decision to choose Advanced Cosmetic! I was also so proud of myself for going! 5 star service for sure!!! A caring, gentle, and professional dental practice who rocks!!! I need to touch base with Binish regarding my next visit! 🙂

I have been under the care of Dr. Silverman and his staff for 17 years. Although, the staff at Dr. Silverman’s office has had its changes, the standards and expectations have not been affected. Dr. Silverman is a VERY personable dentist with the same expectations from his staff. Greetings from staff the moment you walk in, comfortable accommodations in waiting area with refreshments, and my personal favorite 🙂 blankets offered during my visit while being seen in the back. Wall and ceiling entertainment in each room. I appreciate my current hygienist Jessica and how she calms me with conversation before and after my cleaning and always getting to know me a little better. Dr. Silverman, thank you for caring as you do for each patient and for going above and beyond for our comfort and SMILES!!

Incredible experience. The staff went over and beyond to help with my situation. Dr Silverman is the absolute best dentist I have experienced. The office is calm and relaxing, the equipment is state of the art - but most importantly, they seem to care about you as a person…from the initial phone call to book throughout your appointment and as you walk out the door. They make going to the dentist enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend.

The team at Advanced Cosmetic and Family Dentistry was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was able to schedule a next day appointment with ease, and, upon arriving, I found the atmosphere to be calm and reassuring. My appointment itself went wonderfully, and I departed feeling confident in the care I had received!

I had the most amazing experience today at this office! After losing a front crown in the middle of a work day, I arrived distraught and was immediately brought to the back out of the waiting area by Binish. She was so patient and understanding of the situation and expedited the process very well. Although I had not been to this particular dentist for quite awhile, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating and understood the stress involved. Jessie had great "bedside manner" and kept me informed of the process and also distracted me with conversation. Dr. Silverman was very knowledgable about the issue which involved an old root canal and damage to the structure which caused the crown to come out. He was able to give me a temporary fix and not send me in to the weekend with a missing tooth. Amazing. They sent me on my way with a recommendation to a neighbor maxillofacial surgeon who does implants and plenty of well-wishes. Highly recommend this office.
